Golden Age Dance Competition Rules and Regulations 規則及條例 Version 版本 3.2

Please ensure that you read this document in detail. Those who fail to abide by these Rules and Regulations

may result in score penalty or disqualification. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

1. Divisions

  1. Age Groups are computed based on age as of 1st January of the event year.
  2. Participation in more than one entry will not affect results in each of them.
  3. The Golden Age Dance Competition reserves the right to make changes or combine divisions if pertinent.

  1. 年齡組別以參賽者在比賽年度1月1日當天的年齡計算。
  2. 同時參與不同項目不會影響每個項目的分數。
  3. 黃金歲數網上芭蕾舞大賽保留更改或合並組別的權利。

3. Registration and Entry 報名及參賽

3.1 Online Registration

  • Competitor must submit an online application form within the specified date. Late registration may not be accepted. If successful, applicants will be charged an administrative fee of S$80 in addition to the
    registration fee.
  • Please ensure that all information you provided during registration is accurate. Should you need to make any changes, kindly inform us as soon as possible.
  • For Scholarship redemptions, kindly email us with an image of the scholarship received for verification and submit your entries via the Manual Entry Form.
  • You will receive an auto-generated invoice email within 1 day after submitting the registration form. Please also check your spam mailbox. If you do not receive, please contact us to check if we have received your response before submitting another.

 

3.2 Registration Fee

  • There is NO REFUND for registration fees for ANY reason. If you encounter any injury that prevents you from participating in the competition and a relevant medical certificate is presented, your registration fee for this competition will be held under your name for 1 year until the next competition.
  • Late payment will result in registration rejection or an administrative fee of S$80 in addition to the registration fee.

 

3.3 Music

  • Music uploads will be available for submission via email notification. You will be informed of the submission method then. Late selection or any changes made after submission will result in an administrative charge of S$80.

 

3.4 Competition Check-in

  • Competitor must arrive at the check-in counter only during the designated time slot (do NOT come early or late) with your entry and identification document.
  • Any change of information, including competitor information and music, during checking will result in an administrative charge of S$80.

 

3.5 Closing Ceremony

  • You are not required to attend the Closing Ceremony, but you are encouraged to enjoy the performances and you may be invited on stage to be presented an award.
  • There is no dress code required for the Ceremony, but most audience would wear semi-formal.
  • The closing ceremony will feature a Grand Défilé
    Performance, a Gala Performance, and the Award Ceremony.

 

3.5.1 Grand Défilé Performance

  • All Ballet Solo competitors are invited to perform at the Grand Défilé Performance in the Closing Ceremony. You are not required to participate, but you are encouraged to for the learning and experience.
  • You are reminded to attend the rehearsals at the designated venue according to your schedule.
  • Female competitors shall wear a black leotard, pink tights, soft shoes and have their hair tied into a bun.
  • Male competitors shall wear a white t-shirt, black tights and black soft shoes.

 

3.5.2 Gala Performance

  • You may be invited to perform your entry piece in the Gala Performance. Please pay attention to our Facebook Page, Instagram and your email inbox for the invitation.
  • Please prepare your costume at backstage before the
    Closing Ceremony commences.
  • Please note that the performance invitation is decided by a certain judge(s), which does not guarantee that participants will receive any award.
  • Competition results and awards will not be affected even if you reject the invitation.

3.1 網上報名

  • 參賽者必須於指定日期內遞交網上報名表。逾期報名可能不獲接受，如成功，報名者可能被收取S$80行政費。
  • 請確認你報名時提供的資料正確無誤。如需更改，請盡快通知我們。
  • 如需兌換獎學金，請將所獲獎學金的圖片以電郵方式發送予我們核實，並透過手動報名表格遞交參賽項目。
  • 遞交報名表後，你將於1天內收到系統自動發送的發票電郵。請同時檢查你的垃圾郵箱。如未收到，請先聯絡我們確認我們是否已收到你的報名，切勿立即再次填寫報名表。

3.2 報名費用

  • 大賽不接受以任何理由申請退款。如報名後遇傷患情況未能參賽，請遞交相關的醫生證明書。
    經核准後，閣下已邀付報名費用將以閣下名義保留一年的大賽。
  • 遞交報名表後7個工作天內，你將收到報名費的繳款發票。如於此期間內未收到發票，請聯絡我們，並註明你的報名電郵及登記聯絡人姓名。
  • 你必須於到期日前繳付發票款項。逾期繳付將導致報名被拒絕，或須於報名費外另繳新加坡幣80元（S$80）行政費。

3.3 音樂

  • 音樂上載將透過電郵通知開放遞交，屆時我們會告知遞交方式。逾期選取或於遞交後作出任何更改，將被收取新加坡幣80元（S$80）行政費。

3.4 比賽報到

  • 參賽者必須於指定時間內到達登記處（不要早到或遲到)，並出示參賽編號及身份證明文件。
  • 任何資料更改，包括參賽者資料及音樂，將被收取80元（S$80）行政費。

3.5 閉幕典禮

  • 你並非必須參加閉幕典禮，但大會鼓勵出席欣賞演出，並有可能被邀請上台領獎。
  • 典禮沒有衣著要求，建議穿著半正式服飾。
  • 閉幕式將包括 Grand Défilé表演、晚會表演和頒獎典禮。

3.5.1 大匯演

  • 所有芭蕾獨舞參賽者被邀請參與閉幕典禮的大匯演。你並非必須參加，但大會鼓勵參與並在過程中學習。
  • 僅記根據時間表準時到達指定地點作綵排。
  • 女性參賽者須穿著黑色連體舞衣、粉紅色絲襪、軟鞋及把頭髮整理成髮髻。
  • 男性參賽者須穿著白色T恤、黑色襪褲及黑色軟鞋。

3.5.2 閉幕禮表演

  • 你可能會被邀請在閉幕典禮中表演參賽作品。請留意Facebook專頁、Instagram及你的電郵。
  • 請於閉幕禮開始前於後台準備好所需服裝。
  • 請注意演出邀請是個別評判的選擇，並不代表參加者會得到任何獎項。
  • 拒絶演出邀請亦不會對比賽結果和所獲得的獎項有任何影響。

4. Scoring 評分

4.1 Computation

  • If the number of judges in a round is 4 or below, final scores are computed as an average of all scores.
  • If the number of judges in a round is 5 or above, final scores are computed as average of scores after
    eliminating the highest and lowest scores.

 

4.2 Certificate Awards

  • Participants will be awarded Gold, Silver, Bronze, or other certificates according to their performance.

4.1 計算

  • 如該場比賽之評委數目為4或以下，總分為所有評委分數之平均值。
  • 如該場比賽之評委數目為5或以上，總分為所有評委分數減去最高及最低分數後之平均值。

 

4.2 證書獎項

  • 參賽者會按其表現而獲頒金、銀、銅獎狀，或不獲發獎狀。

  • The adjudication panel reserves the right to not award all scholarships.

6. General Regulations 一般規則

  • The committee reserves the right to make
    changes on the competition date and time if pertinent.
  • The committee, upon its own discretion, has
    the right to reject any registration.
  • The committee is not responsible for any
    damage, injury or loss during the competition.
  • The committee reserves the right to use any
    footage of participants during the competition
    for broadcasting or promotional purposes.
  • 迦南之星國際芭蕾舞大賽保留更改比賽規則、日期及時間的權利。
  • 迦南之星國際芭蕾舞大賽享有最終決定權，有權拒絕任何報名申請。
  • 迦南之星國際芭蕾舞大賽並不承擔於大賽期間造成的任何損害、受傷或損失的責任。
  • 迦南之星國際芭蕾舞大賽保留使用參賽者比賽影片的權利，以作廣播及宣傳推廣之用。
